Select the right motorised curtains system

Types of curtains you can choose from:
1. Simple pleat curtains. These large and easy-to-maintain curtains boast a classic, timeless style. They are a perfect choice if you are looking for a perfect day and night solution.
2. Rippled curtains. Modern, elegant, while at the same time, easy to maintain. They are the right way to go if you are looking to achieve maximum interior darkness. What’s more, Somfy also makes custom rails so that your curtains can be installed perfectly to your windows. -
Here are a few important points to note prior to purchase:
1. What is the weight of the curtains you are looking to motorise? By design, you can motorise curtains with weight of up to a maximum of 60 kg.
2. The width and style of your curtains? You can opt to motorise curtains of differing designs (straight or pleated), with up to a maximum width of 12 meters.
3. The type of opening you wish to have? A central curtain opening, or perhaps one that opens from either side?
4. From which do you wish to install your curtain? On the left or right?
5. Is there a nearby power source available? The motors in our electric curtain system will need to be connected to your home's electrical system to operate.
